REFUND POLICY

Customers may request cancellation of services for Shared/Reseller(Only Premium Reseller) Hosting within the 48 hours of the account setup time frame if found services to be unsatisfactory. If after 48 Hours and the customer has not made any requests of cancellation of services, the order will be assumed satisfactory; therefore, no refund requests will be accepted or processed. All requests for cancellation of services for Reseller Hosting and Shared Hosting must be made within 7 days of the account setup time frame if found services to be unsatisfactory.

If for any reason that a customer has has been suspended due to violation of our Terms of Service (TOS), there will be no refunds that will be issued regardless of the 48 Hours time frame money back guaranteed. Refunds will be credited back to the payment used in setting up the account and it will take approximately 3 – 15 business days. Only first time accounts are eligible for a refund. If you have previously made an account with us, canceled, and signed up again, you will not be eligible for a refund. Customers that will open a second or more account with us will not be eligible for a refund as well.

Please note that we do not offer any kind of refunds for dedicated server, vpn, vps or rdp.
